As one of the two dedicated sourcers tackling challenging, hard-to-fill roles, I’ve gained invaluable experience across a wide range of industries, roles, and products. In this position, I’ve discovered that whether I’ve sourced for a particular role before or not, I have the skills and determination to find the right candidates. Every challenge has strengthened my expertise, adaptability, and confidence in connecting talent with opportunity. While I’m still thoroughly enjoying my role here, I’m also exploring the idea of venturing into freelancing and starting my own business. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next!
