Context: A rapidly growing telecommunications company was seeking a Product Marketing Manager to expand their team. Challenge: Despite searching for several months, they struggled to find candidates with the required product marketing experience, telecommunications knowledge, and fluency in both English and French. My Approach: I launched a targeted headhunting search that yielded three qualified candidates, leading to two interviews and ultimately one hire. From initial brief to offer acceptance, the entire process took just four weeks.

Context: To support ambitious growth plans, I was tasked with recruiting and building a Growth Marketing team from the ground up. Challenge: Building a team of four from scratch, with roles distributed remotely across various locations. My Approach: I set up the entire interview process, designed test tasks, screened CVs, interviewed dozens of candidates, and successfully hired and onboarded four team members.
