I created job descriptions, sourced candidates primarily across Latin America (with some focus on Europe), screened them, and presented their complete profiles directly to the CEO and HR manager. This hands-on approach resulted in the successful hiring of 12+ candidates for key roles, including Customer Service Representatives, Logistics Coordinators, Sales Representatives, and Dispatchers.
