Helping a defence sector flagship company grow
During the course of 4 months I helped the company in the first phase of their recruitment efforts. For certain roles (Purchase Assistant, Office Assistant and Warehouse Manager), I helped to manage the company job application in the job portal, managed candidates, sent feedback and did the first selection among the candidates and presented the company 3-5 best ones from the selection. For other roles (Electrician, Electrical Engineer, Technical Support Specialist and Fullstack Engineer), I created a candidates longlist and proactively approached myself candidates. As a result the company hired an Electrician, Electrical Engineer, a Technical Support Specialist and two Fullstack Engineers from candidates I sent.

Work experience as Head of People in a fast growing manufacturing startup
I worked as Head of People in the company. For the first 6 months I did everything on my own, including recruitments. Then we had a fulltime Recruiter joining the team. Until then I helped to hire different roles to our Estonian and UK teams and also was managing the hiring efforts for establishing our US office and hiring the first 5 individuals there. Left the company due to family matters meaning personal reasons.
