I helped staff for a new venture called MLSE Digital Labs which was created to focus on enterprise digital transformation within the organization. I recruited on roles that would be the first person in and then build a team around.

I started staffing for Compass Digital from the very beginning. I helped them staff the first resource across all verticals in the organization.
