As the HR Director I reported to the COO and talent acquisition was a major part of my role as the company was scaling up fast. Teams had to be restructured and expanded in Canada and in India as there was an offshore team as well. Some roles were filled by using external agencies some through advertising, head hunting and referrals. Besides hiring, salary negotiations etc responsibility extended to onboarding and training of selected candidates. In addition I built performance management systems, policies and supported the COO with company operations.

Client was a multinational F500 CPG company that required hiring senior professionals in their HQ and various locations, on ongoing basis. I was part of a team responsible for delivery and execution and managing the inhouse research team that would do candidate ID and initial outreach/screening. I made many placements with different clients during my tenure with the firm however most of the requirements came from this particular client consistently.
