I started at Marlin Green in December 2018 in my first Recruiter role. I started in a 180-role where I was responsible for the whole candidate processes in the DACH region. After 6 months i was promoted to a 360-role where I (as the only internal Danish speaker) became responsible for developing our Danish market. My focus was to develop our client and candidate portfolio in the Danish market and build everything from scratch; Including market strategies, client and candidate awereness and handeling full 360 recruitment processes.
