I worked as Head of People in the company. For the first 6 months I did everything on my own, including recruitments. Then we had a fulltime Recruiter joining the team. Until then I helped to hire different roles to our Estonian and UK teams and also was managing the hiring efforts for establishing our US office and hiring the first 5 individuals there.
