Irena is an outstanding freelancer. She is very professional. She worked on the project for 2 months and she found the right IT profiles that I requested to find. She communicate very well and she keep me updated almost every day. She was always online and she was reachable whenever I wanted to talk to her about the project. She was very flexible for meeting (conference call) time : it could be either during the days or after working hours. She is methodic. she first defined a strategy and presented it to me and I gave her a GO. Then she executed it. Results are amazing. She completed the project ahead of my planning and she surpass my expectations. She has multiple skills. Based on my satisfaction for this project, I hired her for another project where she has more responsibilities and she can use other skills. I recommend her to anyone looking for super contractor.
