I was developing and implementing recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent across various regions. I played a key role in positioning Nortal as an employer of choice in the tech industry, driving both recruitment success and organisational growth.

I was managing in-house recruitment projects in software development and business intelligence teams addressing the hiring needs of a whole organisation (approx. 130 employees). I was building recruitment and onboarding processes and managing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
