Given Unit9's comprehensive approach to interactive media and technology, the Polish team is equipped to handle aspects of game development, interactive advertising, and VR/AR experiences. In my role supporting "Le Polish Bureau" at Unit9, I concentrated on refining our recruitment processes to attract premier talent in digital and media production. My responsibilities spanned the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process. Beyond recruitment, my involvement extended to organizing meetings/workshops for employees as well as people from outside to present our recent projects and technology.
