1. I have more than 7 years of practical experience in various fields of HR management and recruitment, as well as a master's degree in human resource management and labor economics. Here are some of them:
- international IT recruitment, incl. working on senior and principal level technical vacancies in the USA (providing a full-cycle recruitment and its improvement, incl. requirements gathering and creating vacancies descriptions, sourcing, candidates selection and interviewing using different approaches and techniques). I’m very familiar with ATS Greenhouse.
- employer branding;
- organizational development (development from scratch, optimization, implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures related to HR and recruitment);
- automatization of the various HR and recruitment processes and procedures;
- E-learning system implementation (as a project manager);
- salary market research.
2. Since February 2021, I have been working for an international IT company and have experience of actively working with US-based leadership and global teams from various departments in remote work environments.
3. I have hands-on experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing, product, start-up IT companies of various sizes, and IT recruiting agencies as an FTE, independent consultant/contractor and freelancer in the fields of health insurance, data analytics, fintech, E-learning, E-commerce domains.
