I was the Director, Talent Acquisition for Crownpeak, a global $100m software company. I built the Talent Strategy from scratch, including a 6 person team I hired, a new ATS implementation, full process build and multiple iterations, and collaboration with Marketing, Finance and ELT to connect across the business.

I helped Causaly double headcount in 6 months while expanding into the US and reaching their Series B funding round, by hiring all roles directly, implementing a new ATS, and creating the first Talent processes ever across the business.

I became Smart Pension's first ever Lead in Recruitment and helped them quadruple headcount to over 800 while expanding into new continents and tripling AUM value to over £5bn.

I hired candidates for clients across a range of industries in the tech, finance, legal and operations sectors.
